These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Deniotech Solutions Private Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001, India (GSTIN 09AALCD7369P1ZL), covering your use of the Acto Rummy mobile application (“Acto Rummy”, “the app”, “the game”). By installing, accessing or using the app you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. What Acto Rummy is

Acto Rummy is a free, practice-only card game, provided for entertainment and for practising card-game skill. The app involves:

• No real money — no deposits, no withdrawals, no entry fees, no cash balance.
• No wagering or betting of any kind.
• No prizes — nothing in the game can be won, redeemed, exchanged or cashed out, whether for money, goods or anything else of value.
• No in-app purchases — there is nothing to buy inside the app.

Any points, scores or statistics shown in the app are for practice tracking only. They have no monetary value whatsoever, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, traded or converted into anything of value.

2. Eligibility — you must be 18 or over

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Acto Rummy. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. The app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

You are also responsible for making sure that using an app of this kind is lawful where you live. If it is not, you must not use Acto Rummy.

3. Your account

Acto Rummy identifies your account by your mobile number, verified with a one-time password (OTP). You agree that:

• You will register only a mobile number that genuinely belongs to you.
• You are responsible for keeping access to that number and to your device secure.
• You will not share your OTP with anyone. We will never ask you for it.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
• You will not create multiple accounts to get around a restriction or suspension.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy, and you can close your account at any time via our Data Deletion page.

4. Acceptable use

Use Acto Rummy fairly and lawfully. You must not:

• Cheat, or use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients or any tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where a law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers or its security — including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or system.
• Attempt to defeat, flood or abuse the OTP or sign-in system, or register a number that is not yours.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to conduct any form of real-money gambling, betting or wagering — the app provides no such facility and using it as if it did is prohibited.
• Attempt to attach real-world value to in-game points, or to sell, trade or transfer an account.
• Harass, abuse, threaten or impersonate anyone, or upload unlawful or offensive content where the app permits any input.
• Copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit any part of the app.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently close your account, or restrict access to the app, if we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms — in particular the acceptable-use rules in section 4 — or that your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms other users, the app or us.

Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why. If you believe a suspension was a mistake, you may appeal by contacting us at business@denideveloperindia.com, and we will review it in good faith.

You may stop using Acto Rummy and delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion page. Because the app is free and contains no purchases and no cash balance, closing an account forfeits nothing of monetary value. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in Acto Rummy — including its software and source code, name, logo, graphics, artwork, card designs, sounds, text and layout — are owned by the Company or its licensors, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use one copy of the app on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence gives you no ownership. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, sublicense, rent, lend or create derivative works from any part of the app except where a law expressly allows it.

Rummy as a card game is a traditional game and is not claimed as our property; our rights cover our own implementation, branding and creative assets. Any third-party names mentioned in the app or on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Acto Rummy is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

In particular, we do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption, that defects will be corrected, or that it will be compatible with every device or operating-system version. You use the app at your own risk, and you are responsible for your device and your data.

We may change, suspend, update or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without liability to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or device damage, arising out of or connected with your use of or inability to use Acto Rummy.

Because Acto Rummy is supplied free of charge and contains no purchases, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the app is limited to INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the app, or your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights.

10. Third-party services

Acto Rummy is distributed through the Google Play Store and relies on third-party services such as SMS delivery for OTPs. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control and for which we are not responsible. Where Google Play's terms impose additional conditions on apps distributed through it, those conditions also apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and where a change is significant we will make it clear in the app. Continuing to use Acto Rummy after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of Acto Rummy — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

13. General

• Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in full force.
• No waiver — if we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between you and us regarding the app.
• Assignment — you may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of our business.
