These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Deni Rummy Android app (“Deni Rummy”, “the app”, “the game”). The app is provided by DeniDeveloper India, operated by Deniotech Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Deni Rummy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Deni Rummy on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Free practice game — no gambling or real money
Deni Rummy is provided free of charge as a practice-only card game for skill development. To be completely clear:
- There is no real money involved at any point.
- There are no deposits and no withdrawals.
- There are no cash prizes, winnings, or payouts.
- There are no in-app purchases.
- There is no virtual coin, chip, token, or currency system of any kind.
- The game is played against offline computer opponents (bots), not for wagering against other people.
Nothing in the game constitutes gambling, betting, wagering, or a game of chance played for stakes. It is intended solely for entertainment and skill practice.
3. No account required
You can use Deni Rummy without signing up or logging in. You are responsible for the device on which you use the app and for any data you create in it, which is stored only on that device.
4. Fair play and anti-cheating
You agree to use Deni Rummy honestly and as intended. You must not modify, tamper with, reverse-engineer, decompile, or use bots, automation, memory editors, or any tool to alter gameplay, manipulate the game's logic, or gain an unfair advantage, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law. Because there is no real money or prize, there is nothing to win by cheating — but tampering with the app may break it and violates these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Deni Rummy only for lawful, personal purposes and not to redistribute, resell, or attempt to disrupt the app or its services.
6. Your data and privacy
Deni Rummy does not require an account and stores your gameplay data locally on your device. How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Deni Rummy app, its name, logo, design, artwork, and content are owned by DeniDeveloper India. These Terms grant you only a limited licence to use the app — not any ownership rights in it.
8. No warranty
Deni Rummy is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeniDeveloper India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of gameplay data stored on your device — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. As your data is stored locally, keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
10. Termination
You may stop using Deni Rummy at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend, discontinue, or terminate the app or your access to it at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach these Terms. On termination, the licence granted to you ends and you must stop using the app.
11. Changes to the app and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
